SUMMARY:31st Annual Sea Girt 5K
DESCRIPTION:This year marks the 31st annual edition of a Jersey Shore tradition! Please join us for the 5K Run/Walk\, shorter Kids’ Races\, and fun Kids’ Activities. There will be live music on the race course\, great custom t-shirts\, and an after-party at Fratello’s Restaurant & Bar right across the finish line. The race benefits Sea Girt Recreation\, and this year\, the Ashley Lauren Foundation; giving hope and help to Children with Cancer throughout New Jersey. For more information\, visit the Sea Girt 5k website. \nRegistration: \nEarly Bird registration fee of $30 from March 15th – April 15th. Afterward\, pre-registration will be $35 through August 3rd.\nIn-person post-registration on August 5th and 6th will be $40. Kids Races & Activities will be $12 until April 15th\, and $15 thereafter. \nT-shirt and Race Bib # Pickup\, Post Registration at the following times: \nFriday\, August 5th: 3 – 7 PM\nSaturday\, August 6th: 6 – 8:30 AM\nMust be present to collect T-shirt or other giveaway items. No refunds\, rain or shine. \nSchedule: \n5K Run/Walk: 8:30 AM\nKids’ Races: 10:00 AM\nKids Activities: 8:30 – 10:30 AM (Pony Rides\, Bounce House\, Inflatable Slide and More! \nProceeds benefit The Ashley Lauren Foundation whose mission is to provide Hope and Help for Children with Cancer in New Jersey.
